MS Engineer's Industrial Automatic Voltage Stabilizers are designed using advanced Differential Wound Linear Regulator Technology with a Series Transformer. This innovative design ensures superior voltage regulation, exceptional efficiency, reduced power losses, and reliable performance for continuous industrial operations.


Our stabilizers utilize heavy-duty linear regulators with rollers moving on both sides of the winding. The differential wound (+/-) design enables the same winding to perform both voltage boosting and bucking operations, requiring only half the regulator rating compared to conventional designs while delivering higher efficiency and longer service life.





Advanced Technology

The Differential Wound Linear Regulator is designed to minimize power losses and maximize operating efficiency. Unlike conventional brush-type regulators, our regulator remains technically out of the circuit when the input voltage reaches the lowest or highest limit within the operating range, significantly reducing energy losses and improving overall system performance.

Higher Efficiency

The stabilizer delivers up to 99.5% efficiency at full load for the 360V–460V model, compared to approximately 95–96% efficiency of conventional stabilizers.

Lower Power Losses

Differential wound regulators have significantly lower power losses. Practical operating losses are nearly one-fifth of conventional regulator designs, resulting in substantial energy savings.

Heavy Duty Construction

Copper conductor sections are over three times larger than those used in conventional regulators, ensuring better current carrying capability, improved durability, and extended operational life.

MS Engineer's Automatic Voltage Stabilizers employ a Differential Wound Linear Regulator with Series Transformer technology. The same winding performs both voltage boosting and bucking, requiring only half the regulator rating compared to conventional regulators while ensuring smooth voltage correction and outstanding reliability.

Due to its innovative design, the regulator remains virtually out of the circuit at extreme input voltages, minimizing power losses. With an operating efficiency of up to 99.5%, these stabilizers provide excellent energy savings, reduced heat generation, and dependable performance under continuous load.

The linear coils are manufactured using electrolytic-grade copper strips with heavy cross-sectional area instead of conventional copper wires. Multi-layer insulation with QPC paper and polyester film provides superior thermal resistance. Current density is maintained between 2–2.5 Amps/mm² in oil, limiting temperature rise to less than 25°C at full load. Radiator cooling further improves efficiency and ensures long service life with minimal losses.
